Success Story - "Tammy"

Tammy is a mother of two teenagers. She divorced several years ago and has to support her children alone, Dad pays no child support. She has no insurance and is attempting to get disability benefits.

Tammy has attempted suicide three times and failed because her children called 911 each time and saved her life. 2007 Executive Director's Report: It’s hard to believe that another year has passed as PCS prepares for the future. We have experienced some changes, challenges and successes during 2007. A thank you note from Nia...

One of our previous therapists brought her daughter to work on "Take Your Daughter to Work Day." She did not attend the actual therapy sessions with her Mom or anyone else but from this note it sounds like she learned a great deal at PCS that day.
